I have just completed the Puppy Foundation 8 week course with my puppy Otis. Lucy was lovely. She was so very patient with the puppies and us (the owners). She went into everything with great detail and all the information was followed up via email so if we missed anything or just needed reminding it was all their to read. I would thoroughly recommend the Lucy Ward Dog Training for you and your puppy.

I have just completed the 8 week puppy foundation course with my puppy Florence. Lucy was a great teacher and the lessons were very informative and followed up with some useful notes and videos. I have learnt a lot on this course and Florence has become a much more confident puppy, would definitely recommend.

Lucy is great, she is unflappable, has endless patience and has a real knack for breaking things down for you. She really pushed me to think differently about our two rescue dogs behaviour and to look beyond the obvious to understand why they were struggling with things. Ive definitely had a few lightbulb moments while training and have seen my lovely recently rescued dog start to find her feet and gain confidence during the time weve been working with Lucy. I am much more calm and clear when asking things of my dogs now and I can see the positive impact of this on our bond. An added bonus is that both of my dogs absolutely adore her and love it when she arrives!

Absolutely amazing, would give more stars if I could! Lucy is an amazing teacher, patient, friendly, understanding, fully qualified and with a wealth of knowledge on dog training and behaviour. As well as that her classes are good fun for humans and dogs! Highly recommended!
