        I called this chartered surveyors and spoke to a lady and she instructed me that the gentleman was out. When I asked whether I could leave a message for him to give me a call back, she rudely said no. I followed up by stating that I probably wouldn't be choosing them, her response was "Good!" Literally - if you want to spend 1000 and get spoken to very rudely - then this is the company for you! Stay away!
