Probably a worst GP as per experience. I don't know why they are being so careless with health of people. Booking appointment on same day is really a ridiculous as they think we can get holiday every time giving short notice to company. Please tried to book a appointment for future dates too so that people can get benefits. Didn't find anything helpful from website to book appointment.

Absoulute shocking service didn't want to give one star do NOT join this practice or their branch in Plumstead. UPDATE my 7 year old nephew had been ill for 2 days and on third day woke up with severe earache we rang surgery surprise surprise was offered by a very rude receptionist a telephone consult the next day but only if we rang at 8am the next day the GP then called at half past five and was very uncaring and said it sounded like am infection but didn't want to write a prescription for him so 24 hours later was in A&E due to nephews ears bleeding and him being dehydrated where he has now been given antibiotics and hopefully will now start to improve and my sister has now removed her children from this surgery as this is not the first time she has been let down by this surgery they just don't care never read important information sent by hospitals they are a disgrace to the profession

After reading reviews i did not expect much, but.... reception staff were very friendly and full of positivity(could be more informative, but all in all were not what ppl normally describe them as). Nurse that saw me was super informative, proactive and polite. Great impression as for my first visit.

The worst service what I ever received!! Called few days in a row the reception, waiting for each call to be answered, more than 1 hour and when they answer, after few seconds, pretending they can't hear you, they hang out the call. Unprofessional and disrespectful service! It's to avoid this Gp Clinic
