        been with this surgery for years and they have cared for me very well covid disrupted things but slowly getting back to normal Wouldn't change gp either

        Would not recommend registering with this doctors. Receptionist is moody, rude and always has attitude. If you don't like your job, leave it. Instead of making people feel uncomfortable calling up to book an appointment. Doctors are rude, they cancel appointments last minute, twice I have turnt up to escreet grove to attend my appointment and have been told it's actually plumstead surgery I should of Been booked in with. I find Dr Bajpai very blunt, and uncaring. As a doctor you should care about your patients and Make them feel as comfortable as possible which she definitely does not do. When calling me to ask why I need an appointment, she hung up without saying bye which I find very rude. Awful doctors, awful receptionists. Will be changing doctors ASAP.
