Went here for the first time since 18 months ago and it was a totally different place .it may have had a 're-furb' but it needs much more than that! There was zero atmosphere , about 20 people tops , not even a single person on the dancefloor, aggressive intimidating bar girl towards a customer , manager also shouting her mouth at a customer all just unnecessary.(Clearly have some personal issues) and extremely unprofessional! In serious need of some anger management and good customer service skills. Ive Never seen anything like it in my life in the space of 2 hours. I also witnessed 2 young women being thrown out on 2 separate occasions (just for being drunk and having a good time ) . One of them with so much force she banged her head off the kirb outside ! These staff are dealing with people in vulnerable states and it's disgraceful. Save yourself the shocking 10 entry and your safety and go into central! I will never ever step foot in the dive again.
