Terrible company. The service charge has gone up dramatically but they have no service at all. I think the homeowners should come together and fire them and start managing the development by themselves.

These bloodsucking scums dont even deserve one star. If you see them managing the development, dont but property in that development. They put up service charges every year. Charges extortionate amount like 20K for window cleaning of a building for a guy to turn up with a long pole with a broom stick. No explanation on how these contracts are handed out.

DISGRACEFUL! If I could leave a zero star rating I would. This is by far the worlds worse management company, full of incompetence. High service charges paid for absolutely no service provided. Emails go left unanswered, or you may hear back weeks later after multiple chasers. Complaints are logged but never followed up. Avoid this company and those who work for them at all costs. No wonder Berkeley Homes are placing them under special measures.

My flatmates and I have had a water leak for over 2 months now. To fix this we need permission from this company. Due to wet carpet and damp air, there is MOULD growing on the walls and carpet and even on our belongings. They still havent sent someone over to fix the burst pipe and we have been paying our rent in full. I wish I could give 0 stars.
