        Terrible customer service, I was refused a signed eye test result as I was told the signed copy is not for me even though I paid 25 for the test. I was then told a signed copy by the optician would be posted to me and am still waiting since 16/06/22. I would advice you to avoid Woolwich boots optician. They have no value for customer.

        After getting my child's eyes tested at Specsavers in Woolwich (which is never a friendly experience), we popped into Boots opticians in woolwich to check out their frames. Walking in we were greeted with a friendly smile and asked if we had the NHS voucher. I explained specsavers had refused to give this. The lovely lady at Boots said she would call them and get the code as I would need this wherever I decided to get our frames from. Having selected a pair, the optician popped out from a running appoitment quickly to measure the pupil distance so were weren't waiting around. The lovely lady at Boots gave us a fab service and we even booked a contact lens appointment before we left!

        Today I went in to the boots opticians in woolwich, I was seen quite swiftly and there was 3 members of staff particularly helpful Lucy, Nuara and Donna who helped me choose out my glasses, very happy with the service.
