Nails DID

If I could rate it lower than one I would the gap they left at the bottom is a joke and when I said can more gel be put he spoke to a colleague and just started filling away. I asked for my money back and not to bother with the design as every nail is a different shape and all wonky . Your charging prices that are way out of your league. the pictures you have on your instagram are not like the work thats happening in store so disappointed. Travelled from far to be disappointed from the go.

What I like the most is the amount of colours they've gotten. Makes it hard to choose but you'll certainly find one you like! Good service, sometimes a bit expensive but overall is worth. Staff are friendly and they speak English - which I personally appreciate.

Horrible service, talk about you in their language. Passive aggressive male manger, tried to act as if I was imaging what I was seeing, when he missed something in the design. Refused to take correction and claimed it was because I didnt use a tip on that nail, yet the nail that had a tip was even worse. The pedicure was a shambles. The girl was nice but inexperienced. All in all wouldnt recommend them. Services: Dip powder, Pedicure, Nail extensions

I am really disappointed with my nails and felt Ive wasted money. The introduction was done by a nice man but the service was poor. You pay for what you want before it gets done (dont have high expectations). I got told that they could do my nail design coloured powder & colour French tips. Firstly my nails are thick They didnt have the colour powder that they told me they could do before I paid?? So I chose a shade so completely off. Now the French tips. She painted the French tips with a circular look when in the picture it was almond. I asked several times for it to have a point. She didnt understand someone else showed her & did a bit it better it came. But then that person got someone else to do my nails they had to take off the nail varnish 2x. The job got done but still not to what I asked for. Im highly disappointed. If you havent got a high qualified nail techs for sharp detailed nail designs then the price should not be that high as it takes up time, upsets the customer & waste of money for something they didnt want. Do not have high expectations. Im surprised as their instagram came with quality whereas the nails themselves werent. I dont think Ill be returning. Services: Dip powder, Nail extensions

Sloppy nails and poor customer service. Super bad, just avoid. Literally every nail is a different shape and they don't tell you to wash your hands before they apply polish so you end up with lumpy nails. They couldn't be bothered to fix the polish so added a clear top coat of gel (which still didn't fix the bumps) and wanted to charge me the extra. Literally the most expensive and most awful nail salon. UPDATE: 2 days later one of my nails has chipped and the rest look like this. Literally the most trash nail shop ever.
