Got gel done for my nails. I just wanted my nails to look tidy and kept. All I wanted was nail varnish that is spread more evenly than what my 6-year-old can do at home. The finish was awful. I disputed the cost and got them to re-do a couple of nails but it still is so awful. I ended up paying full price at 20 but wish I had refused to pay full price because they are absolutely shocking. The person who did my nails also very clearly got angry with me and swore at me in their language, which I found pretty disrespectful. Not the relaxing manicure I was hoping for to say the least! Got a full acrylic set and design, nails a bit long. The lady I had (forgot to ask her name but she worked late on Boxing Day and was older) was so good and quite nice. Cost 35 (bit pricey but idm Im quite happy with em). Also dont mind the pictures theyre in low light so dont show up the best

Honestly if I was able to give 0 reviews I would. I wouldnt even wish this on my worst enemy. I had a pedicure and the guys scrubbed my heels so hard he actually took the skin off and I ended up with a sore. When I mentioned it to the owner, he said well this happens when you have pedicures to which I said never in my life have I ever had a pedicure and ended up with a sore because my skin was peeled off. He didnt even try to get me a plaster until I specifically asked for one. The nail guy completely messed up my nails. I had natural long nails which Id grown for months and not only did he BREAK one of my nails, he also completely messed up my shape and took 2 HOURS doing an awful job. I was so fed up that I left before he even put the paint on. Then he wanted me to pay the full amount. For nails and pedicure, please do not go here. Very shocking behaviour.
