Today marks the last day of my baby boys journey with Zeeba. Id like to say a big thank you to everyone in the baby room team. Sadly we have to move and found its really hard to find a new nursery near our new home thats as good as Zeeba. A big shout out to Kaley, Laura and the rest of the baby team(apologies for not remembering everyones names). Thanks so much for taking care of Oscar, he has been really enjoying it and has learnt so much in last couple of months.

Our Little Girl attended Zeeba since she was 1 year old from 2018 and graduated at Pre-school level in September 2021. The experience of her caretaking was excellent throughout. She shared an emotional bond with her caretakers and other children. Her learning needs were well taken care of by the nursery staff and they kept us updated on developments regularly through regular updates and Tapestry. The transition and management of emotions and learning during 2020 lockdown from teddies to pre-school room was seamless and the nursery kept us updated regularly on plans to re-open based on constantly changing restrictions. Thanks to the staff for making the journey so memorable for our child and us.

A lot of shouting occurs throughout the day. I would suggest you come and sit outside on the benches to listen because there is a lot of shouting at the children before sending your children there. A friend took her son out of the nursery when she did exactly that and witnessed her child being upset and staff ignoring him. She witnessed a lot from watching outside to make the difficult decision to take her son out and register him somewhere else. A lot of parents drop their children off and don't realise what happens throughout the day. There is one particular staff that is especially loud. Telling off and being stern is one thing but shouting/bellowing at them is not good for children's mental health. Some children are upset and seems to be left to cry rather than being consoled and ushered inside. In my opinion the environment they provide does not seem calm and caring but rather loud and non caring.
