PERFECT TAKES THE HASSLE OUT OF LETTING MY PROPERTIES An estate agent that puts customer service first. I have been using 'Watershead property' for two years. They offer good value for money and I know my rental property is in good hands as a fully managed service. In addition to Landlords, they also have tenants' interests at heart. Unlike other agents that try to extort money from landlords for repairs, Watershead Property will look for the most cost-effective way to resolve a tenant's complaint together with the Landlord. Having been a landlord for over 10 years, I have dealt with many estate agents and cannot fault Watershed Property.

Ive just gone through the process of renting a flat through Watershed and Im very happy with the process and outcome. Not only was I able to secure viewing with my daughters in a matter of minutes through just a short phone call, the Watershed team also worked flexibly to ensure that I received the keys for the tenancy to start as planned. Furthermore, the team has been supportive and responsive to my various requests and queries since the tenancy started. I definitely recommend Watershed to others.

Thanks so much to the entire team at Watershed Property! Im so happy with my new place and felt that they cared about helping me through the process. Thanks for adding the human touch and not making me feel like just another tenant enquiry. Really appreciated and genuinely, good people too.

NOT RESPONSIVE AND DISAPPOINTING They do not answer the calls (Tried calling them on all the numbers they have and many times ) and do not communicate well. i have wasted a week time hoping that i will get the property. and after sharing the documents and after many chasers on mails and messages i get an on Friday that they cant show the property. what a waste of time and effort. i have been writing emails and messages daily to rent the property but they are not really helpful. What a shame -- Very Disappointed..... :( Lies and trying to change the story completely. Don't trust them , i have the email evidence where they asked for the documents pay slips, bank statements , ID prof and Cleary they said what amount i have to pay to block the house in the email and i wanted to pay that so that i can book the house for my self before its given to someone else. I Dint agree with you saying that you scheduled appointment for viewing, i asked if you can arrange viewing on Saturday and after that you said you will check and get back but no response. i have been waiting for your appointment and trying to reach you daily over email , when you are not responsive for emails that is when i calling to check the status hopping that you will pick the call and tell me if you have any appointment scheduled to view the property. don't say i have been you harassing that's sounds stupid, after you said you are not able to arrange viewing i did not chase you. they don't have min decency to call me an inform what happened instead they are respond to my review. you had time to write a review but did not have time to respond to my emails , that's a shame , if you have spent same amount of time to write me an email to communicate i would have been more then happy . then it would have been effective communication. i want to rent the property as per Government Rules and regulations that the reason i have provided the documents , i pay tax and bills on time. as evidence i have provided the Company pay slip and the current water and electricity bill as requested on the email by watershed, i follow the procedures that's the reason i have requested if i can visit on Saturday and if not Saturday i asked if i can send my cousin to do the visit on my behalf as i work on weekdays for which you agreed on the email. Check emails before you accuse someone falsely , Please check with my current owner and Agent they will give feedback about me Im responsible person , pay bills without fail and pay rent a day before the due date and following the rules and provided the documents as per gov regulations. Shame of you Watershed Property . i had to write this because of the amount of frustration i have gone through , i had lot of hopes that i will get the property and i have wasted my time because of your ineffective communication.
