        Had my ears syringed by this pharmacy. Trauma caused to ear canals and bleeding .And did not clear wax .Had to visit hospital. Please do not use this pharmacy for this procedure.

        Extremely helpful pharmacy, follows processes well and aren't afraid to challenge incorrect prescriptions. Thank you for being so efficient!

        Astonishingly bad service. Frequently mishandle repeat prescriptions, and show no interest or concern about rectifying their errors. Belligerent when you express concern. Frankly dangerous and irresponsible. The person I spoke to on the phone said the pharmacy staff have been banned from walking in or phoning the surgery next door, so can no longer even chase up prescriptions. That is one weird broken professional relationship. For those who dont know, the pharmacy and surgery are in the same building - the staff from each are feet away from each other, so not being allowed to communicate is freakishly dysfunctional and puts all regular patients at risk. Imagine!
