        THE WORST company I have ever come across. Our lift broke down in the 11 th nov they said it would be fixed by the 9 th dec . WAITING ON PARTS . Well we are on the 27 th dec still no lift my whole Christmas has been ruined as my grandmother couldnt come visit her grandchildren as we live on the top floor loads of deliverys have refused to deliver as once again on the top floor and to top it off my little girls fell down the stairs today and chipped her tooth and bruised all her face . SO THANK YOU SO SO MUCH FOR THE WORST CHRISTMAS EVER BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY CAN NOT GET ITS ACT TOGETHER . PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE THINKING OF INSTALLING A LIFT . Resident of Edinburgh court e18 UPDATE Still no lift now the 4 th January the part has arrived apparently but no one bothered to come out to fix it . What a joke .

        Unable to answer basic questions about servicing of lifts in our block to the Southern Housing Group or provide estimates. Consistently miss targets for repair times and fail to communicate the state of repairs to anyone. Avoid.

        Utterly useless!!! Jackson Lift Group claim to be the largest independent lift service "specialists" in the country. Well God help us. For 2 months we have been without a lift in a block of flats, all because Jackson Lifts claim they do not have a source for the part needed for the repair. Well, you can not claim to be the biggest and the best, if it takes you 2 months to find a part! And we're STILL waiting!!! Totally unacceptable. There are NO excuses for being without a lift for 2 months! NONE! You people are obviously in the wrong game if repairs take you THAT long! Look elsewhere for your lift requirements, because you WILL regret using these cowboys! I'd leave minus 5 Stars if possible! AVOID!!! *And* your answer (below) is pathetic! As you DO NOT take any complaints seriously! THAT is the whole point here! Why do you think you've got such bad reviews? Not great is it!?!? You have a 2* rating for good reason! When are you going to wake-up and smell the coffee???

        My only problem is the lift at the noment breaks down on a regular basis. It can be turned of for a few days at a time. We get told " we are waiting for a part ". If its the same part that is at fault why not just have 2 or 3 in stock so tenents dont have to be days without a lift
