        We requested a repair service for a commercial dishwasher, and we paid beforehand. The engineer didn't find a fault in the commercial dishwasher, yet the machine keeps leaking chemical product and water. We were not offered any further assistance, no interest in finding out the problem whatsoever, so the service was very disappointing, and our money wasted.

        I'm having to put a star because there isn't an option for 'Really bad service'. Ordered an appliance from these guys. Stopped working within 4 months of owning it. No help at all, they forgot to send the correct fixtures for the appliance in the first place and after asking again and again we're still waiting..... Awful experience - really don't bother.

        Excellent service from a good honest tradesmen. Have used them twice and never failed in repairing my commercial dishwasher. Polite and courteous and always explained what was wrong with solutions to rectify the problem. Will always recommend them to anyone who asks!
