        I'm all for supporting small / family businesses (and would love to avoid the JLR official service centres), but in my experience SE Jags were quite unprofessional. I took my '14 f-type for a battery clamp replacement and issue diagnostics (non operational roof, start-stop). outside the clamp I explicitly asked for no work to commence unless I sign off on the cost. I had to chase day after day for updates that would scarcely come throughout the 2 weeks I left the car with them; I was ultimately presented with a hefty 700 bill. after inquiring why they spent so much time on the car without consulting with me, I was told I need to be thankful because they charge me for only half of the labour and also received a compliment "you clearly have a problem". The interior also has 2x new chips / scratches. Services: Battery, Electrical
