Bhattarai and Co Immigration Practice

Rude lawyer i have ever seen.....please be aware guys.. first he told you to transfer money... i gmhad transferred him 500 pound and he gives me back only 250 after 2 days after i found he is not doing anything for my case ...and he didn't even pick up my calls ..really poor experience ... please be careful before you transfer money to this guy

As mentioned above by somebody would give a minus if possible. Went to talk to him when the extension visa of my spouse was rejected. The guy (Mr. Bhattarai) said the only option left was for us appeal to the court with him which was later proven wrong by several other lawyers; several means 3 more lawyers. His knowledge in UK law did not seem brilliant as he was taking us the wrong route (was quite expensive route ); plus he was really agitated with our questions, the way he spoke was rude, looked as if he was losing his temper when we were asking him questions and the most annoying thing is he charged us for the information which we already knew as he was reading off the gov.uk website. He also did not want to discuss any further steps if we fail the process that he suggested ( to go the court) which later made me think that he was just trying to get his income as high as possible by lingering us in the route which would take long time to success plus a lot of money. Now my case is solved by York Solicitors with half of the money that Mr Bhattarai was trying to get off us in the "first" stage of his suggested route and with ten times better the service. He might have helped some cases in fluke but I would not recommend him after witnessing his attitude, competency and knowledge. Do browse around as there are lots of competent solicitors around with much better attitudes, service, knowledge and price.

Bhattarai,Thanks so much for the help i was batteling with my problems for over years now other organisations refused my case cos it was difficult for then to handle and there was no time and went to you guys and you helped me all the way even though it was a rough case for you to take on in the middle of the case and tou never gave up you was there to help i will recommend anyone with immigration problems to you thanks for your heard work,and i also pray to God to take you the level you never think of.Amen
