Very patronising. They assume you are a foreigner born abroad and also assume you have a criminal record even before you have opened your mouth. Staff talk down to you like you are dumb. Moreover- they dont even help you get a job. Just endless Job Fairs with the same old recruiters telling you to go on their website to apply.

A mixture of bumbling, box-ticking, copy-and-paste office flunkies and stuck-in-a-rut, stone-age hillbillies. The highly-esteemed person in charge of GLLaB is a habitually clueless, buzzword-spouting, acronym-loving type who'll send you to sleep so badly you'll have to take a cold shower just to get on with your day. And that's supposed to be a new hire. Stuffing square pegs into round holes and producing a steady stream of face-palm moments seem to be GLLaB's main areas of expertise.

Avoid GLLAB at all costs and stick with the job centre, I've been trying to get in touch with GLLAB for over a month now, voicemails and e-mails and all ignored. GLLAB should seriously be closed down for good. Utterly useless.

Very disappointed service. We did not received help. Awful experience. Now when we know how much they could help us but they did... we are delight that we left from Woolwich...

Just didn't work. The jobs that they were offering were difficult to get into and they did not know how to help me, I basically wasted 1 year of my life there. Some of the staff were nice though, but I would recommend Jobcentre Plus instead, they would atleast put you on benefits and it would be much easier to get a job there.
