KFC London

I was walking in to the restaurant as I was hoping to get some lovely KFC for the kids as a result of their amazing parents evening. I waited in line for about 10 minutes I'd say and honestly the people around me were giving me dirty looks just because my kid was ticcing since they have tourettes syndrome. As I got to the register to order the staff member then said "Excuse me but can you tell your child here to stop disrupting the customers and stop throwing a tantrum!" I tried to explain my child's diagnosis and I was met with the reply of "well it's not my fault your child is r*****" (not going to repeat this harmful word). I was DISGUSTED. Do not go here the staff are insensitive and ableist. They do not care about you or anyone else's safety.

Always tell them no legs. What did they give me? Legs! Sure it was warmed up from the previous day too. As others have said, definitely inferior to other KFC branches. No spoons or forks given for coleslaw and beans. Sadly, the beans came out if the pot in one lump! All congealed. Not good!

Went in for lunch and ordered 2 wrap meals. The customer service at till is not very friendly or patient. I asked about sauces options wre available for the wrap, I got an answer with the server rolling her eyes. I refuse to believe that every customer has the menu options memorised. Took a seat on the lowe ground floor, tables were clean but no tissues or sauces available.
