I have called 104 times and its constantly busy, I began to call first thing Monday morning! Still cannot get an appointment, I have been with this surgery since I was a child and its just constantly going down hill. Definitely wouldnt recommend!

Dr Vutukuri was lovely during the telephone triage. Was promptly informed that he would refer me to the radiology department at QE hospital and to visit the GP to do a urine sample. All went smoothly. Thanks!

I'm pregnant and suffering from a condition called Hyperemesis Gravidarum. This isn't my first pregnancy nor my first time experiencing this. In my last pregnancy I was able to call in at 9am for an emergency appointment over the phone and would be prescribed the anti-sickness I needed to be sent straight to the nearest chemist, which was brilliant since I can't leave my bed and my husband was able to collect on my behalf. However, this time I called in at 9am only to be told immediately that there were no appointments and when my husband went in to see what was going on, they stated that I needed to call in on Monday morning to be allocated an appointment for at any point in the week!? I'm kinda horrified to be honest that really sick people can't get 5 minutes on the phone with a doctor for a quick prescription. It's awful! I don't fancy sitting in A&E for 6 hours either when I can't leave my bed! In the week that I have to wait to simply call in to get an appointment for God knows when, I could already be needing an ambulance, when the problem could have very simply been resolved if they had just allowed me 5 minutes on the phone with a GP!
