Rude staff dont bother to ask for help this seems to be too much of a bother for staff also staff seem more interested having loud inappropriate chats between themselves than actually being of assistance

This is a review for a remember of the post office staff! a lady who works in Wh Smith post office. Not sure of her name but she is very rude and mean to the customers. and needs to correct her training in customer service and attitude! Very unprofessional hope she can correct this.
