The London Pattern Cutter

Emile Vidal Carr is a scammer - he has taken my money and had provided me with a completely unsatisfactory sample and pattern. I provided my own sample (made by another manufacturer) - which I simply wanted to be copied and a pattern made - the sample I received is completely different and after sending through both measurements and images which show that there are clear differences - he refuses to give me a refund or rework the sample until it is up to a satisfactory standard. Emile claims that he wants to help small businesses grow and individuals succeed - but in fact all he cares about is scamming young individuals and taking all their money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR TRUST THIS MAN.

I am a start up business working with The London Pattern Cutter. I have had samples and short runs produced to a very high standard with good support along the way. I am now looking to produce a new product range and, after successful sampling, will be very happy to have this produced through the London pattern Cutter. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They took all of my money, materials & designs; promised a dream & DID NOT DELIVER. Simple tasks such as sizing & colours were done incorrectly with no remorse. The sample time was way longer than was initially discussed. I was continuously dealt with in an unprofessional manner with constant delays & miscommunication on there behalf. The final products were incorrect, even though 2 of my samples just had to be copied from my previous design from my old manufacturer. They were still unable to replicate a simple design with instructions.. Once I had explained the issues to them, responses became agonisingly slow to the point they refuse to respond to any of my emails, letters, messages & calls. I am pretty sure they have blocked me. PLEASE STOP IGNORING MY MESSAGES. YOU OWE ME MONEY!
