        Refused to give me a tea in a ceramic cup as he was clearing up so want me to have a paper cup. Very poor customer service. We climb here all the time and will stop using the cafe as I felt like an inconvenience. Just heard him say we are not serving shakes or hot drink to another customer as he cant be arsed as he has cleaned up the kitchen at 18:30 and doesnt want to do anymore washing up.

        Great little cafe in the reach climbing centre, fantastic coffee and food especially if you're vegan with loads of options. Oreo cheesecake is to die for. Really friendly service, lovely atmosphere and excellent place to watch climbing whilst you rest your pump.
