Terrible service, I've lost count of the amount of times they've not delivered water when they said they would. At present I haven't had a water delivery since October, I have 15 empty bottles piled up outside my house, when you ring to check status of order, they say they'll ring you back and they never do, my daughter also started getting water delivered when she recently moved out, and she cancelled within 3 months as she could never get water delivered. They can't use the pandemic as an excuse, as their service was terrible before, as I've been using them for 3+ years. This is the final straw, anymore late or missed deliveries and I'm cancelling. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Absolutely appalling company to deal with. Constant lies about deliveries, we have been without water for over a month and the machine doesnt even work. Account manager lies to us every day and they keep trying to arrange more deliveries (even though they dont turn up) and we have already told them to stop contacting us. AVOID

Came once to bring me the machine and water, then never came back, no one answers the phone, i had to go back to water bottles while having a membership with them.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! BEEN WAITING FOR WATER REFILL FOR OVER 6MONTHS!! NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS, NO HELP ON THE PHONE! TRIED TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT, WAITING FOR ''MANAGER'' TO GIVE US CALL BACK FOR TWO MONTHS NOW! OH BY THE WAY MONEY BEEN TAKING FROM US ALL THIS PERIOD!
