Miserable and unhelpful dinosaur that wouldn't help a rider just because he rides an e-bike. I suggest you take your custom elsewhere.

10/10 service, highly highly recommend. They are very honest and straight to the point and actually take the time to explain to you whats been updated to your bike so youre fully aware of any changes. Im so glad I found this place!!!

I was in Woolwich, south east London this morning and the motor cable to my xf650 E bike got caught in the crank after one of the zip ties snapped that holds it to the frame and sheared a few wires. Easy to fix, had all the tools and tape on me. I know in thought, Ill go to Harry Perry cycles ( been in business 30 odd years ) approx 1/4 mile away downhill where I have been a customer not 3 weeks ago and theyll help. Boy was I wrong. The old curmudgeon who runs the joint seems to have a thing against E bikes and was vociferously sarcastic and unhelpful (e bikes are probably like witchcraft to this fella lol ). Quote we dont fix e bikes or give haircuts either Unquote. What a charmer! His Mrs must be blissfully happy !! So I went to the Chinese guy in the square, where the market is, who has a little gazebo and he fixed it in 20 mins for 20. He stated at the beginning that he doesnt usually fix E bikes but I assured him we could get it done and we agreed a price and we did. Thats how commerce has worked for thousands of years. This ladies and gentlemen is a perfect example of the type of attitude that has led to the entire demise of U.K. industry. This fk you I cant / wont help attitude is why we outsourced all our industry to Asia. Harry Perry must be a very wealthy man to turn down a wage of 60 an hour. He clearly doesnt need your money so I encourage you all to give it to the Chinese guy instead if ever you have issues and are in that area of London. Hes probably forgotten more about bicycle engineering than Harry Perry currently knows. How Britain won two world wars Ill never know if this is the state we are in!

Came in yesterday with an issue with my cleats. Immediately sorted it out and told me stories of cycling back in the day. Was an awesome experience and would recommend to anyone in the area! Cheers lads
