I wanted to have my hair done. it was my first experience for hair salon. the ladies I met that day told me they cannot do my hair when they saw it. my hair is not afro and yet they said it was too curly. to me it was disappointing and I felt they lacked the skills and knowledge in that aspect and saying that without trying was not good too because if you keep doing specific hair type, you never learn or build new skills or get many different types of customers. you will not be able to experience the world and try new things. that put me off and I went to different salon and they did very good job. Now I cut and dye my own hair.

The nail technician doing my nails did a great job. But during my treatment another customer was upset about her wait time and the lack of communication and a big argument broke out. It was handled really badly by the team and I wouldnt go back on that basis
