I went for nails and a few beauty treatments plus ended up getting my hair braided was done within 2 hrs. Staff couldn't have been anymore amazing than they were and were all so friendly sorry that some ladies have had diff experiences but i couldnt fault mine :))

The place also need to consider hygiene. They have enough costumes attending to provide proper toilet facilities. I have had my hair done at this salon and they have no respect for clients time. It can take all day to have your hair done although you arrived as the first client. As there is mostly only one hair dresser in the shop expecting to do everyone hair. No wonder some staff are grumpy as they dont have time to have a break or a meal. Poor management, rude to there staff. No water in bathroom sink and no toilet paper or hand soap. Very Urgent Note to management this is not a good service for customer and it is promoting very poor hygiene and cross infection. Get it fixed it is not a one off. I have been coming for over 2 years and the toilet facilities is never working or stocked with soap or toilet paper. If its a business you are running look after your customers properly.

Firstly the customer service is SO poor. Like shockingly bad. Secondly In 2 days (48 hours) one nail broke i went in to fix it- they said i must pay. Its now a week later and another nail has broken. I dont know which cheap acrylic they are using but a waste of time and money. My first and last experience with this place.

You get what you pay for or much less! I asked for a silk press and I got a simple hair straightening without any products or heat protectant used. I have very coarse thick hair and the lady was just pulling so hard when detangling and blowing out my hair, very painful. Then I was told I was lazy for coming to get my hair done and it was unfair they had to deal with my hair! I used to come to this salon some years ago and you can tell it's gone down hill since. They have drastically reduced the number of salon chairs and stylists they have (the main focus is nails now). The only good thing is how cheap it is.
