El was friendly and chatty. However, we came from a long way away and had a holiday booked the next morning, so to have an appointment booked at 1.30pm and it get delayed until 2:45pm, then delayed again until 5pm, for her to eventually turn up at 6pm was unprofessional. Also got told different prices over text message prior to the appointment compared with what we were quoted on the day. Admittedly, this could have been a genuine mistake, but to not own up to this mistake and honour the prices quoted was again, unprofessional. The waxing itself was done well. Shame about the customer service.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I booked an appointment for 2 oclock online for a massage, I found child care, drove there, turned up and no one answered the door. I rang the door bell twice. I received a phone call saying they were running half an hour behind, annoying but ok. I messaged and said Ill be back at half 2 as obviously this would make up for the half an hour theyre running behind. I then received a message saying can the appointment be rescheduled as someone else has an appointment booked in at half 2. 1. I didnt even receive an apology 2. Lies were told, one minute youre running behind, next minute you have someone booked in 3. The booking online shouldnt be used if its not accurate if someone really did have an appointment for when I booked although I find that hard to believe. Quite clearly I wasnt expected when i turned up. Anyway, I didnt get my massage or an apology. Definitely wont be recommending to anyone. I hate writing reviews like this but to when receive an apology is just complete sh1t customer service.

A friend introduced me to this place a few months ago and I can't thank her enough. I have been back several times since and never been disappointed. I go there for all my treatments, from waxing to massage. Elsina is amazing. The salon looks really nice, fresh and contemporary, and is very clean. I strongly recommend to anyone who enjoys a little pampering in elegant surroundings. Service: Body waxing

I have had a facial treatment done my first one and I have loved every minute of it! I was a bit anxious at the start as I had skin issues in the past and Elsina took the time to listen to my concerns and what I wanted out of the facial and LED light This was a great and relaxing experience and my skin felt so soft and cleaned afterwards- I will definitely come again! Have been to Els Beauty Salon, for sometime now, always pleased with service and happy with my waxing, lovely, friendly professional salon. Elsina is quick and amazing with my back waxing.
