I started using the stage 1 Peppermint Tea Shampoo when my sisterlocks were established, 6 years ago, and and I can't see myself using anything else. (Please never stop making this!) My hair is flourishing, always looks shiny and my scalp is clean and clear. I once ran out of shampoo and used another brand...never again!
Annette's customer service is on point, if ever I have a problem (which is rare), it's always dealt with immediately. I always appreciate the little hand written notes on my receipt and I will always support this business. Whether you are just starting your loc journey or are well on your way, I highly recommend Almocado products.

RESPONSE TO ALMOCADO: It's a pity you didn't have the same energy to respond to my polite emails asking for an update on my order as you have here responding to my honest review of your appalling customer service.
Imagine running a business where you don't send an order for over two weeks, don't update the customer on the order status then have a big attitude when the customer politely emails you asking for an update on their order. What a joke.
In regards to my order your business was the one that emailed me to ask if I still wanted the item as it was now in stock. I wasn't even looking to place an order with you had you not contacted me directly. Then you have the cheek to say it took long because the item was out of stock! Please make this make sense!
I have always been a regular customer of yours and tried to support your small business, but won't purchase from such an unpleasant business owner.
It's clear what type of person you are from your longwinded passive aggressive response. It's a Shame you don't put the same amount of effort into providing good customer service and despatching your orders in a reasonable amount of time. All the best!
