        Some staff needs a training in customer service. Rude and with attitude is not the way to go to your customers. Also, useless processes, everyday makes more sense, people going with Monzo and Revolut. Ill be next

        Awful, waiting an hour just to be able to speak to a real person and TRY (emphasis on try) to get them to help you instead of trying to wing you onto somebody else or send you to do things online. They've cut down on staff and the service is in shambles now. I miss the old Barclays bank next to Wilko. Much better
