        I went to transfer money to another account, the lady who dealt with my transaction was lovely but super slow. If you have time in your hands please go to this branch but I wont recommend you go there if you are tight with time!

        They app couldn't recognised my ID for new account, I went to their branch in woolwich staff members couldn't help as well. I went to the next door LLOYDS bank and they helped me immediately to open my bank account, checked my I'd. Natwest refused to checked my I'd they said use the app but is rubbish. Don't go to natwest.
