I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience with your Woolwich branch. Unfortunately, I am not able to share a positive experience. A few weeks ago, I discovered that my savings account was blocked. I immediately called the number on your website, and I was advised to visit a branch with my ID to get it unblocked. I followed the instructions and visited the Woolwich branch, but my account remain blocked even after my visit. I called the number provided again, and I was advised to go back to the Woolwich branch. I spoke to a lady at the branch who said that she could not unblock my account and that she would make a request to another department to do it. I explained that this had already been done 14 days ago and that my account still is blocked. However, she mentioned to me that the guy responsible for unblocking accounts was busy and had asked her to hold off till later. I made one last call to the online number and was told that my account could be unblocked at the branch. It's been over 20 days now, and my account is still blocked. I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from the Woolwich branch.

I am very unhappy because today I came with my daughter to open an account for a teenager. I was asked if I had applied online which was uninformative as it was not possible to do so on the website. The lady said that we needed to make an appointment which was understandable so I asked her to find one. After a few minutes the woman said she would call me in 15 minutes and we would make an appointment. I gave her the phone number. Nobody called me back. I just wasted my time
