I had a very bad experience with the agent/manager of one of the apartments on the 10th floor in January 2023. Though I rented the apartment in December 2022. Steve the agent was not a sincere person and so he went away with my 250 pounds initial deposit. He accused us of burning the floor with shish-a coal. We dont smoke, my family dont do that, but he insisted. He got away with it because we didnt do a proper review and taking videos of the apartment before we moved inn. The beds were too small, smell of weed all over, despite the no smoking signs, the rent was too expensive but a very nice environment.

The apartment I rented in Autumn 2022 was nice (the view from 1305 Deveraux is spectacular!), though there were some maintenance issues that were frustrating. No one told me how to engage with the support contractor for heating issues, or the loud noise coming from our utility closet.

Oct 2018: Great flat to live in - spacious for London standards. Pool and gym area are both quality. Lovely neighbourhood with young professionals mostly. Saturday markets in the square are charming with fresh local produce. My only complaint is excessive monthly energy costs with no option to change providers - the building operates on a central heating system by SSE which is unfairly expensive - fixed heating costs of approx. 140 per quarter plus electricity costs. Consider this if looking to rent or buy. 29-Mar-2020: taking 2 stars off as a result of all the security issues. Parcels being stolen in broad daylight. Drug dealings.. never ending weed smell in the hallways.. parties in building despite COVID lockdown and delivery drivers on motor bikes and scooters having no regard for pedestrian only areas. The concierge and estate management don't seem to care about any of these issues. I hear from flat owners and neighbours, the building management recently raised service charges by a substantial sum despite being in lockdown and residents unable to use the facilities. The current charges are now in excess of 3000. SSE the monopoly energy / heating provider have had >30 outages in 2020. I am leaving 2 stars on here because the community /majority of residents are wonderful and to be honest they deserve a 100 stars for putting up with these endless issues.

The concierge (fancy word for receptionist area) make it an absolute nightmare for guests/visitors. Was thinking of getting a place here as my sister lives in a flat here and the flat is 10/10 however there are around 6 people who work split shifts in the 24/7 reception (concierge) which each of them make up their own rules for visitor car parking and depending on how miserable they feel, they will make your life a nightmare. Ive been here visiting for 1 week and I get told different things by different receptionist every day. I was told initially that car parking is permitted until 11pm and then I must move my car into a car park which is free from 11pm-6am and at 6am I may ask for another permit until 11pm. So here I am getting up at 5.45am to go move my car and get another permit and I pay a visit to the misery at the concierge who decides to tell me that I am only permitted until 8am (2 hours) and I must come back down at 8am and ask for another permit until 11pm. Other occasions I have been given permits to park over night until 11pm the next day. Other times I have been told I can only park until 8pm and then I must pay at the car park? I dont understand the terrible service and miserable people which have been employed? They literally never smile and are no where near welcoming people and make up their own rules? Also to add - I was once at the concierge, querying the actual permitted parking times and a young woman walked in about 2-3 minutes after me. Literally during mid conversation, the chap I was talking with completely turned to her with a massive sleazy smile and started saying hello good morning how may I help you? ... zero fs are given. It is actually a complete joke. Ive spoken with 5 different people who work in there and they all have the same miserable attitude.
