Herbert Road Sub Post Office

Amazing service! Staff were kind and stayed 20 minutes after closing hours to make sure I received my Evri parcel on the same day. Have been using this Post Office for years and they have never disappointed! 5* all around

This is the best little sub post office. Does everything and the staff here are absolute gems, friendly helpful go out of their way to assist you with return etc. 10 stars if possible

Even though I was late and the post office was closed, I would like to thank H. Patel who was working inside and helping people. I might have had to wait two more days! Greetings to everyone who works with dedication.

Customer service was outstanding and recognition is well deserved. I realised while out that I needed to print and attach a letter to a form that I needed to post. It was urgent that the post was received the following day but heading home or looking for an Internet cafe meant that I would have missed the special delivery postman. Hanil was extremely helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. My battery was almost gone, she asked that I email it to her, she used her laptop to prepare the document and printed it out for me. I was astonished by her unprecedented help and the kindness that she showed to me. I cannot thank her enough and completely recommended this post office. The service is personal, outstanding and tailored while the staff are kind, helpful and considerate. It is a pleasure to recommend this post office.
