Undoubtedly the worst estate agents in the South East and the the poor rating speaks for itself. Halfway through the sale process house was pulled from market. I was abroad and only found out by email. Agent didnt have the courtesy to call me. Turns out owner had decided to rent the property and not sell and the agent didnt have the courtesy to inform me of the truth, instead lying the process was taking too long Agents lack empathy and I could hear them laugh on the phone through my tears. A throughly disgusting unprofessional bunch.

Finally completed on my house property purchase today. Simon was a great help and stayed in contact through out. The exchange went through smoothly and have been happy with the service received from Simon and the team at HI Residential. Highly recommend
