        It is a sad day when a "care" manager cannot have a conversation without being defensive, and deliberately obtuse. Hopefully an interaction with ONE uncaring, dismissive and oblivious manager (who loves the sound of his own voice) is NOT representative of the diligent admin staff within the organisation. This was a communication fail.
