Help 2 Collect @ Woolwich

I been on this shop to drop a return parcel from ASOS . They said that the return code is incorrect and they will not accept it . I show the email from ASOS confirmation that is the return code . The lady work on the counter was clueless and very unprofessional. They dont Have a clue how provide the customer service. The shop on the area of woolwich

Busy local corner shop & was great when was run by Bossman, his wife & Mohammed. Place has gone downhill in multiple ways since they were taken over, shelves frequently empty & many usual items I.e milk, bleach, freezer items & toilet paper out of stock, staff whilst not rude are unfriendly & unhelpful as well as frequently lecture customers on wastage & bag usage, refusing card payments under 10, randomly shutting during the day, they refuse to take parcels despite being a collect+ as well as a hermes drop point & having their address on it. It's like the new owners are deliberately running it into the ground. Shame

My parcel was refused by them through collect plus. It was meant to be a gift for Christmas. I am beyond angry and will never choose my parcel to be delivered to them ever again!
