Various times i had to call the surgery for behalf of my daughter who's suffering from a severe social anxiety and has quite a few health issues due to a brain tumour 13 years ago, so every time i vall and ask for a favour it's never too much trouble and they always so willing to help, even today a gp called me and he arranged a home visit to ho see my daughter as she's not able to go to the surgery in petson, so massive thank you NHS and staff and doctors at the medical centre, bless you

Dr whaba really needs to retire, he is too old to still be practicing He is a good Doctor however, he does not listen and is set in his old traditional ways, which is very irritating as a patient when u feel like your GP is not listening to u and its all about formalities and typing as much as possible on his computer

I have a wound infection following surgery and had problems getting a pharmacy to process the prescription as it was emailed to them from me instead of the hospital. I called 111 as it was the evening and they made an appointment at 11am the following day with my GP. Dr. Sanaa Dhillon rang me at 9:17am and sent a prescription to the pharmacy so I could get the antibiotics. She was helpful, kind, and offered advice to see my surgeon next week to get them to look at it to be on the safe side. I've personally found that St. Marks are very swift dealing with an emergency or follow-up investigations.
