        Phone screen went black. Went to Tesco mobile shop only to be told I had to call customer service. Two hours on phone later, after being cut off, i was told to wait for a jiffy bag to be sent to me to return phone for repair. The phone is 2 months old. Shocking service, they didn't want to know, i guess they have got my money now dont need to bother!
