After the appointment they don't answer your phone...and no sick note as they say on their website, they will send you to the government to ask, thanks. If something is wrong with your blood test they won't help, they send you to GP....
I've chosen this service for my husband because NHS gp are so careless.but didn't make a difference. I'm sorry, I wish I could give you more stars but I wanted to be honest
