RTEQ went above and beyond to deliver a home automation project for me including TV set-up and installation, gaming set-up, music streaming in all rooms, lighting automation, temperature control and integrated privacy windows. Andrea was professional, incredibly dedicated and willing to accommodate my often busy schedule. His suggestions were helpful and well-thought through and added real value to the project. He was a great help in coordinating with other contractors on the project, often solving problems and providing expertise. Communication with him was easy and straightforward. He stayed within budget on all items and I would gladly recommend him without reservation.

When I bought a brand new flat in a high end development I didn't at first realise the lighting controls were awful. The developers had skimped on wiring which resulted in light switches being in very awkward places. The bedroom for example only had 1 light switch by the door, which is 4m away from the bed so I would have needed to get up and walk over to switch the light off, then walk back in the dark which is ridiculous. And the lights weren't even dimmable, so I had a choice of blinding cool light or complete darkness. I thought I was going to have to rewire the whole flat at huge expense, but RTEQ came up with a clever solution and installed some wireless switches which could be installed anywhere without the limitation of where wires could be run. The best part is the tunable lights, which means I can dim all the lights and change the colour temperature depending on the time of the day and what I'm doing. I had them configured so the colour temperature changes automatically following the natural light pattern so I wake up to cool light and read in bed or watch an evening movie with a softer, warmer light. All in all very satisfied both with the system and because it cost me a fraction of rewiring everything, about to of the estimates I got for a rewire, minus the hassle of time, dust and a million people drilling and painting around the house for days while I was working from home. This was done in a day without any dust.
