Plumstead Dental Surgery

Had an upper molar extraction today with Tony wan. I am a very nervous patient but I was made to feel at complete ease. Given all my options and advice. Treatment was quick and pain free

Visited this surgery to support my partner. The receptionist is not discreet with personal information. I was embarrassed to hear her ask patients loudly about if they receive benefits from the government whilst checking them in. Please in future may we keep discreet information at a low volume tone. Its uncomfortable to know everyones business.

Andreana Omelyanovska, was super helpful, and very good dentist, my son was in pain and we came to the practice as emergency pt. And thankfully Dr. Andreana was very kind to see my son. And she did a very good job, my son is happy now as he is now pain free. Thank you so much and have a happy new year.

I have been to PDS for some years and I have to say that their new dentist (Andriana) is one of the best dentists Ive ever had. I had an emergency appointment following excessive pain in my mouth. She made herself available the same day I called. She scheduled me in for a wisdom tooth removal soon after. The area got infected a few days after the procedure and I requested another emergency appointment, which she made herself available for the same day. She is incredibly talented and caring. She makes herself available for her patients and is very considerate throughout each visit (playing relaxing music and frequently asking if Im ok). 5 / 5 rating for Andriana! Someone please make her a partner and get her to stay forever!
