        It's a journey finding a hairdresser that truly listens to what you want and actually makes it happen and Charlotte is that person. I have been getting my hair done with her for years and would never go anywhere else. From the lattes to the head massages, it is such a lovely place to visit.         I couldnt wait to give this review. What a fantastic place. The atmosphere is so welcoming and calm, a really lovely vibe. The team are professional and friendly and clearly go all out to provide a wonderful experience. Lucy did my hair, she is an absolute sweetheart. She consulted me regarding what I wanted and the process was a delight, I felt completely at ease and she absolutely smashed it. I adore the result!
