Nice people. Should make it clearer you need to go to the desk in the airport to let them know you have arrived. I pre booked and waited outside for a long time for my car to turn up. It was really frustrating but my driver and the guy I spoke to in the airport were very nice, so that made it better.

Got off flight and metros off, replacement bus had just left, booked taxi via self service machine, waited 40 mins, no sign of taxis, went to reception desk, we are busy, asked for refund, they deducted 20% from prepaid fare because they couldnt provide the service, joke outfit, stay clear
