    Never again. They do things like falsification of a signature on the document like statement of return where they claiming you damage car and you agree with. While you return car in 100 % condition. Shame shame shame.

    The car I booked wasn't there when I arrived in spite of having booked over internet and having received confirmation. The.staff then found another car at a higher price than the one I booked and instead of offering it at the price I had agreed I had to pay an upgrade difference. Then the system couldn't recognise a 28 superflex hire and was going to charge me for additional drivers (Superflex allows 6 drivers at no cos). My experience was terrible. There wasn't the right car...I was charged a higher price....No phone call before I arrived in person for pick up explaining the situation.....system problems with 28 day hire agreements. It really can't have been much worse
