        Terrible. Collected car in the pitch black. No lighting at all. Struggled to clear rear windscreen only to discover next morning that the rubber was missing from the wiper. Poor service and dangerous in current weather conditions.

        Absolutely shocking . They charged me for the car upon pick up which I paid . Then Charged me again once when I had left . Tried to make contact repeatedly to absolutely no answer as to why also I Have never received my deposit no did I recieve my funds back when I was charged twice . Ive now submitted all evidence to HM Courts and tribunals services . With all the evidence on my side . Looking forward to see the outcome . These rotten pigs owe me nearly 700 . See you soon tho . As Im not letting this get away . NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE

        This is easily the worst purchasing experience in any country I've ever experienced. Location was near impossible to access without having come through NCL terminal too. Non existent customer service "due to the current situation, we cannot take your call" and "error" messages when you try to complain officially.
