        Had a very worst experience. The lady in there was behaving very absurd. We booked the car and paid the money online and when we went there she was giving so many silly excuses for not letting us take the car. I felt discrimination from the way she was talking to me, because i was not from UK.

        Car WAS ready for me, the only let down was that I waited a long time for the arranged taxi to arrive to collect me. Expected at the airport by 20.00, taxi arrived at my home to collect at 20.10!
