    Avoid at all costs. Cancelled a reservation by sending a 2 line email less than 48 hours before due to take place because they ran out of cars. Left high and dry paying over the odds with last minute booking. DO NOT BOOK HERE

    I landed in Newcastle Airport in UK on the 25th January. I made my way to the car hire desks and was a bit annoyed to find it unmanned but they did leave instructions to go to the manned cabins. On reaching the cabin, a young man named Joe helped me with my bags and assisted me the doors, the perfect gentlemen. I was then helped by a gentleman to complete the paperwork and he explain about the condition of car and the process. The entire process was hassle free and straight forward. Then unfortunately for myself, I encountered a problem with my phone. It had no data and being my first time in the area there was no way Ill find my destination. A lovely lady asked one of the guys to check if the car I had had a navigation system. Turn out it did not. They then found me one with a navigation system and it was for the same price. This is so greatly appreciated by myself as without this I think my stress levels would be on another level. When the paperwork was done, Joe offered to bring my luggage to the car (it was heavy), he also spent a great deal of time going though all the controls of the car for me and made sure that my destination was in the navigation system and I was familiar with all the functions of the vehicle. He was so polite, pleasant, patient and helpful. After my 20+hour flight I was feeling a bit grumpy but Joe and the other staff on that day made my day. Extra mention for Joe, he is such a wonderful young man who provided me with such impeccable care and service it definitely exceeds all my expectations. Im very impressed

Si ya lo tengo pagado por 4 das, qu ms les da cuando yo lo recoja. Est 100% pagado. Lo peor es que el personal del mostrador no aport ninguna solucin vlida ni tena intencin de dar un buen servicio. Se limitan a decir que son las normas. No es nada agradable llegar a otro pas despus de horas de viaje y encontrarte con esta situacin frustrante. Me tuve que pagar un hotel de mi bolsillo y hacer noche all para al da siguiente contratar otro vehculo de nuevo y poder hacer mi viaje por el pas en coche. Muy mala atencin al cliente y servicio. Adems sus horarios son de locos. En un aeropuerto solo abren hasta las 16h y los fines de semana tienen CERRADO!!! Nada recomendable
