DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Newcastle International Airport

On arrival the hotel is lovely, its clean and didnt have to wait long to check in. Receptionist was initially helpful but had given us the wrong parking advice so caused some inconvenience. Room clean, smelt nice. All the usual facilities like tea,coffee, hair dryers,iron and toiletries. However the carpet was wet, plug socket falling off the wall and so much nose from slamming doors outside so didnt sleep well at all. No Wi-Fi in the room unless you pay, welcome cookies dry and stale, and no plug sockets by the bed so partner had to try stretch his sleep apnea machine across the room. Bed was also uncomfortable and no spare pillows.

Rooms: Well appointed very clean and tidy. Food & drinks: A good selection of beers wines and spirits. Great compact menu available which delivers high quality food quickly.
