        Bought a hat from them which I returned in a different box. Recovering from a hair transplant, thought the hat would be a good idea for a charity ball I was due to attend. Unable to wear the hat due to the recovery process. Returned the hat within a couple of days and 4 days before the event I'd bought it for. Was accused of having wearing the hat, which I obviously hadn't, and also accused of reattaching the tags. Hat was OK and delivered on time. Due to their returns policy of accusations, I would not recommend. 100% would not be using again.
