        Stood in line (just now) behind one couple for a minimum of 15 mins and was never even acknowledged - even a after I went to lean on desk! Slow and poor service for the low exchange rate provided. Was in pinch and willing to pay but didnt even get the chance. Best to exchange at bank ahead of time. Would not recommend relying on this one.

        We had excellent service from Julie (Hefferin) at the Newcastle Airport branch. We'd been having issues transferring money between our bank's debit card and the Travelex card. Working with the bank on the end of the telephone, it took about an hour but we got there and I just wanted to recognise Julie's help.
